Who We Are...

• Food Runners Vision is that people will not go hungry.
  
  

• Food Runners Mission is to produce and distribute senior meals throughout the region and to provide a facility for the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle and Meals on Wheels, with whom we share common goals, in our separate missions to address hunger in the region.

• Food Runners Collaborative, Inc., is a 501(c)(3), joint venture created by the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle (Food Shuttle) and Meals on Wheels of Wake County, to provide for common goals and needs in their separate missions to address hunger and nutrition in the region, and to get more food more efficiently to more people in need.
  
  
• Food Runners operates a facility housing a commercial kitchen and provides all of the common support services and facilities to the Food Shuttle and MOW, allowing them to focus their energies on serving their clients and fulfilling their missions. In addition, Food Runners prepares and distributes nutritious hot noon meals for senior meal programs in the Triangle region.
